Built on top of one of Melides' hill tops, next to an old little chapel, we find this absolute beauty of a newly built house with the most amazing views you'll find in the area. 

Quinta Fonte Grande is built on a slope with the first floor being the living room & open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. Then it goes down 1 floor where there are 2 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a cozy sitting area. 

All rooms have big windows to enjoy the 360 degrees view of the most breathtaking sceneries around. 

The top floor with open plan living, dining and kitchen area has big sliding doors opening up to the terrace next to the pool. You can have a refreshing jump before breakfast in the morning or before your midday snack on a hot summer day. Swimming a lap while having the feeling you're on top of the world!

The house is also suitable for winter days as there is air-conditioning in every room and a woodstove on both levels. In this area during summertime, the day can be boiling hot, but the nights always cool off with a refreshing sea breeze.

Your backyard is the Serra of Melides, where you can have the most beautiful walks amid Cork & Pine trees, as far as you can see. 

The location of this villa is as unique as the house itself. There is no neighbor to be seen, apart from the casual visitor to the chapel, usually a group of tourist horse riders. The privacy here is total, you will not hear a sound that does not come from mother nature!
