The beautiful traditional newly renovated Alentejo style house CASA OLEANDRA is located in the charming village of Melides, just a stone's throw away from the new Louboutin hotel. To the breathtaking Melides Beach it’s just a 5-minute drive. If you are a surfer, you'll love the quick 20-minute drive to the surfer spots in Sines or Carvalhal.
CASA OLEANDRA is a fully equipped holiday home featuring vintage design furniture and Portuguese ceramics. CASA OLEANDRA is part of a large country house with two separate houses, sharing the beautiful grounds and the pool. CASA OLEANDRA has an airy, high ceilinged living / dining room with a traditional Alentejo fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms.
One bedroom, overlooking the grounds, comes with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom has a view to the pool and offers two single or one double bed. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom.
CASA OLEANDRA has its own covered private terrace, and an semi-outdoor dining area, with a path leading to the pool and garden which is also used by the guests of the house attached.

CASA OLEANDRA is 2 minutes (by car) away from the rice fields and the lagoon of Melides. Another 3 minutes you reach Melides beach.
Spending time in CASA OLEANDRA you are in the middle of nature and yet in the middle of the local beach life (Restaurants, Shops, Beaches).
