CASA DOS PESCADORES

CASA DOS PESCADORES, originally a fisherman’s house, is located in one of the most exclusive and desirable areas of the Comporta region, just a 3-minute walk through sand dunes to one of the area’s most stunning sandy beaches.

On one side, you have the deep blue Atlantic Ocean, and on the other, the green, flat rice fields, where majestic storks hunt for fish, frogs, and crabs. This is the epitome of coastal living.

CASA DOS PESCADORES consists of a main house and an apartment on the second floor. The main house features a terrace, a small pool, an outdoor shower, and a parking space for one car. On the second floor, besides the fully equipped apartment, there is a rooftop terrace.

The main house offers three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom. The kitchen and living area are open-plan, creating a spacious atmosphere.

In summer, air conditioning ensures comfort, while in winter, all rooms are equipped with radiators, and there is a fireplace in the living room.

The apartment on the upper floor is accessed via an external staircase, creating a private space—ideal for older children or a nanny. It features an open-concept layout with a bedroom, kitchen, and relaxation area, as well as a bathroom and a rooftop terrace.

The windows throughout the house are fitted with shutters and mosquito screens. The kitchen is fully equipped. The indoor dining table seats up to 8 people, while the outdoor table can accommodate up to 10 guests. Additionally, a high chair and baby crib are available for families traveling with children.
