CASA DAS OLIVEIRAS is a distinctive retreat where refined aesthetics, comfort, and Mediterranean ease come together. The Mediterranean garden is a serene oasis, planted with olive and magnolia trees, lavender, and softly moving stipa grasses. At its heart lies a striking petrol-blue swimming pool. On the south-west side of the house, a spacious terrace and sun-lounging areas invite long, relaxed days in the sun. The east side offers a charming bistro seating area — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee in gentle early light.

Inside, the home continues its calm and thoughtful design language. The interior is cozy yet minimalist, flooded with natural light. A living olive tree stands at the center of the open-plan living and kitchen area, creating a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors. Tropical plants in the bathrooms add unexpected, lush accents. Here, aesthetics meet pragmatism — beauty without sacrificing comfort or functionality. For entertainment and relaxation, the house also features on the second floor a dedicated playroom with a foosball table and a large TV. The rooftop terrace is inviting with an open fire place, sitting area and a beautiful sea view to the west and a view over the hills of Melides to the east. The garage is featuring a fully equipped  gym – punching bag, dumbbells, weight bench and a threat mill is in the planning.
