The interiors offer an individual interpretation of a Bohemian Comporta Beach house. Rich cambala wood, bamboo, natural tiles and exposed concrete create an earthy, characterful atmosphere. Rather than following a minimalist approach, CASA CAMBALA embraces texture and a sense of lived-in comfort.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area provides an inviting space for families and friends to gather. Three comfortable double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, accommodate up to six guests within the compact, thoughtfully arranged interior. The Master bedroom on the second floor offers a terrace overlooking the Carvalhal village with sea view. Outside, the enclosed garden offers privacy and a relaxed setting for summer days. Mediterranean and tropical plants surround the generous swimming pool, while sun loungers and a covered dining area invite guests to spend long afternoons outdoors. The rooftop terrace is another highlight. With a large daybed, beanbags and comfortable seating, it offers lovely views across the rice fields and coastal dunes — a peaceful place to enjoy the afternoon light or a quiet evening.

Carvalhal Beach is approximately ten minutes away on foot or three minutes by bicycle. The nearby villages of Carvalhal and Comporta offer restaurants, cafés and boutiques, while the surrounding landscape invites exploration.
